Our prayers for those folk who are sick and in need:
Jenny Webster - was due to come home yesterday following abdominal surgery.  She is grateful for all the prayer support and has a long recovery ahead of her.
Graham Palframan - is back home after staying with his son in Eshowe following a middle-ear infection.
Alathea - Rae Todd’s sister - had major surgery in St Annes this week and is recuperating with Rae.
Bobby Minter - has aggravated an old neck injury and is in a lot of pain.
Elaine Joyner - has returned to Villa Assumpta and continues to make steady progress.
Margaret Fitzroy - is back home, but still on oxygen.
Barbara Kerry - Tim’s mum, had the plaster off her arm and is doing exercises to strengthen her wrist.
John Murray - is on continuous medication for recent stroke and heart attack.
Lettie Roberts - has ongoing pain in her hip. Following recent x-rays she will join an orthopaedic group at Greys Hospital soon.
Angela Steyl - Wanda Prato’s daughter, has a broken heel so has her leg in plaster. Will be immobile for the next couple of weeks.
Zibusiso Sikhosana - son of Francina Mofokeng’s friend - Is not well and is seeing a neurologist on 23 October.
Jannie Botha- Johanna Nel’s brother in Vereeniging - TB treatment is helping him to feel better.
Mike Coke - is having six weeks of radium therapy.
Di Jones – Di and Alan, as they cope with Di’s Huntingdon’s Chorea. Please pray for their children, Siaan and Gareth as well.
Our sympathies go to Marlene and Keith Berrington-Smith and family. Marlene’s last sister Vesta Bodill died in Hillcrest this week after suffering a stroke.
One of our members, Zodwa Hadebe has moved to Armstrong Drive in Wembley and would be grateful if someone could give her a lift to church on Sundays. Please contact her on 076-7120438.
We continue to feed approximately 50 people on Tuesdays, and the numbers are increasing.   Special thanks to our members who bring food in to the office.   Your donations are always appreciated.
