Prestbury Methodist offers opportunities for fellowship across all age groups.
- Fellowship groups for adults meet regularly during the week.
- A Young Adult/Professionals group (post-varsity) group meets once a week to explore their relationship with Jesus and how their faith speaks into their daily lives.
- A Youth Leaders fellowship group for those in Grades 11 and 12 who are interested in growing their faith in Christ and in learning how to be effective leaders among their peers, also meets once a week.

Bring and Share Lunches
Take place on the second Sunday of every month in the hall after the morning service.
This group of garden enthusiasts who celebrate God's creation in nature meets regularly for fellowship and sharing of gardening tips.
A group that meets regularly to sew and knit soft toys that are either sold at the church fete or donated to various charities.
Men of all ages are invited to come together for breakfast on the first Saturday morning of each month. These special breakfasts not only offer opportunity for fellowship, but often include speakers on a variety of topics that address the faith and needs specific to men in work, home or community.
Evening Women's Auxiliary (WA)
This dedicated group of ladies meets on the 3rd Monday evening of the month for fellowship, but their caring and service stretches beyond, as they cater for funerals and special events and raise funds for needy causes.
The Hallelujah Dance Group
Meets to share together in the full expression of worship through dance.
